    Responsible for the global marketing and communications activities (including the annual marketing budget) I oversaw the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy, coordinated all communication flows, within and outside the company (all types of the audience from B2B and B2C to internal communications and key stakeholders). I defined key brand standards and usage guidelines, ensured brand consistency across all channels.

    In collaboration with Emergency Response Director refined the Crisis Communications Plan and its implementation, defined the key roles and their respective duties. Managed the setup and training of the Crisis Communications Team. Developed relevant crisis and issue management tools and templates.

Developed and executed marketing and promotional campaigns (print and digital). Organised and managed photo shoots with models and external vendors, VIP client events, as well as major industry trade shows and exhibitions (EBACE, MEBAA). I guided the flow of news to the media, ensuring the company image is promoted in a proper, coordinated, and consistent manner.

I created engaging on-brand graphics for a variety of media (logos, websites, books, magazines, product packaging, signage and more). I delivered relevant design solutions and concepts and determined the message the design should portray.
